We are recruiting, on behalf of one of our clients, a "LEGAL ASSISTANT (M/F) for a staff contract based in Luanda (Angola).  This position is not an expatriate role, and there is no possibility for rotation.

“LEGAL ASSISTANT (M/F)” What will your missions and responsibilities be?

Main Responsibilities:

• Support the legal department in day-to-day operations
• Draft, review, and manage contracts, agreements, and legal documents
• Assist in compliance with local laws and regulations
• Conduct legal research and prepare summaries or reports
• Maintain legal files, databases, and documentation
• Coordinate with internal teams and external legal advisors

What profile and skills are required for this “QHSE MANAGER (M/F)” role?

Required Profile:

• Degree in Law, Legal Studies, or related field
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a corporate legal environment, preferably in industrial or energy sectors
• Knowledge of Angolan laws and regulations is a plus
• Strong organizational, analytical, and drafting skills
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
• English mandatory (written and spoken)
